Came in to buy two NY Strips to do on the grill and Frank is a real nice guy, hes we'll versed on the beef and how to prepare it. This is some real deal Prime meat came out great on the grill with amazing flavor. Side note please ignore the starting hours from google the shop opens at 1:30pm regardless of the day and try to go early to pick the good cuts.
